UTAU is a voice snythezising software. It is the image of a person you loan your voice to, to brethe life into of an image. Or an voiced image you can, use to create songs in your language hebrew! Relgious, fun, anything but poltics lance is perfect for. she's in the guise of a pop singer, and that is her persona. Regarding UTAU esentially its a personification singing robot usually based the person who crated it and sometimes its just a character (such as! They are used by japaense and american producers to sing songs in different lagnuages in place of an actual singer.
They are/ it is a peice of software with a personification (usually a sketchy, furry, or anime character) attached to it, that allows you to use a character in your stories. UTAU is a software that has a plgu and play collection of sounds known as a "voicebank" with a personified characters in an anime style, that can sing in any language given a reclist is provided.
The reclist can be tuned via oto (uta forum style) to have a cheat sheet in another language known as aliasing. These are beloved in japan and america and they can sing original music or their own. They have their own terms of use. This is the bank using this list, for Lance Lazor or Liraz Lazor, who is a blank slate often given a character. However reclists can be used by multiple people, and this one is set for hebrew. By all means reimagine it if it doesnt work or chop it up and rescudle it so that it can be applied to the hebrew language, for lance is not the only bank made for this.
As long as it allows her to sing in Hebrew I don't mind, and on the off chance it doesnt work for hebrew I truly and utterly hope this bank may be repurposed for another language. What is Lance Lazor? UTAU is a Japanese voice synthesizing software that allows you to manipulate and use a virtual voice in order to create songs! It works by having several folders of sounds known as “voice banks” that you plug into the software. Then, you manipulate these sounds via the tools of the software to make it sound as though your computer is singing! As long as there's a reclist for it, you can make your UTAU sing in any language.
Each “voicebank” has it’s own character which is what Lance Lazor is! Each voicebank also has it’s own set of rules as to whether or not you can use the voicebank commercially, change the design, and more!" -Other UTAU banks of Lance's.

In UTAU a voicebank is the type of setting for the software that gets plugged in for the tool that allows you to make a variety of music. Is is a robo voice you're messing with essentially. Each voicebank comes with it's own character. Lance is the personification and character associated with this bank. Some characters are blank sheets, some contain personality.
Lance has a set personality. He's bubbly, optimistic, kind and caring. He's also naive to a fault and overly trusting to his detriment. He never takes things seriously. To the degree that it often gets him in harms way.

Lance Lazor is a White Gajin and canonically genderfluid and pansexual using he/she/they pronouns. He may not be used in overtly political content without express permission however if aged up past 18 he may be used in 18+ content. Lance is usually portrayed as 16 years old, but can also be portrayed as 23, and 19 as well. However the default age for Lance Lazor is 16.

Lance Lazor is a practicing rabbi or student studying jeruslum from saudi arabia as an imigrant. She presents masucliny but at night goes about wearing womens clothing in town. She is kind to the point of fault and beleives she has discovered, some sort of numerical division that will bring about the best numebrs and music to isreal. This connects to her arabic bank where she explored islam since lance is canoncially an omnioust and chose to go about both routes given the paths of allah and the paths of G.D and she wishes to know him and sings songs for izarapahel, miachel and all the other musicians she meets named after angels for story purposes! (Dantes inferno style) she will craft numbers and craft paganosity and her latin banks story takes place right after this one, where she becomes a godess, chronologically. Each bank has a different story but they all kind of connect and overlap elseworld stlye, I guess each bank is her personas, andnext bank is latin so way to go apollo! /J She also loves korea and kdrama, and thinks north korea needs to visit irasel because lance loves hetlia so much she geuninly beleives countires are people.
